During angioplasty at the left brachial artery, the X-ray reveals that the balloon isn't fully expanded at lower pressure due to stenosis in the brachial artery. This is to document the actual presence of stenosis, attributed to insurance policies in Korea.풍선이 다 펼쳐진 모습이다. The balloon is fully expanded in 12 atm.시술 후 사진. 약간의 협착은 남아있지만, 무리해서 혈관성형술을 할 경우 혈관에 손상이 갈 수 있기 때문에 혈류가 개선된 것을 확인하고 종료하였다.
While some narrowing still remains, I've completed the procedure as the arterial flow has been enhanced, and further angioplasty might risk damaging the vessel.
